Get ready for the easiest ‘two-for-one’ technique ever! Give & Take Appliqué™ is the “no waste” fusing method that takes advantage of positive/negative design. Perfect curves and sharp points are guaranteed with this new way to fuse.
In this workshop students will be guided to create their own Give & Take Appliqué design through a series of exercises with paper and fabric. Students will also learn how to use decorative machine stitches for appliqué in this workshop. In a 1-day workshop students will begin work on a small project; in longer workshops students will complete several projects and have more time to explore a variety of compositions.
