Did you buy that sewing machine with hundreds of stitches? Do you use them? Come to this class and learn how you can use decorative stitches to add excitement to your machine quilting.
In the 1st morning students will test machine decorative stitches and make a small sample book. You will be able to refer to this book for all your future quilting projects. You will have the opportunity to try a range of threads and learn how to adjust stitches to achieve unique designs. We will also discuss the best uses for the stitches. In the afternoon you will make a small quilt and use your new knowledge and skills to machine quilt your project.
In a 2-day workshop students will have time to work on a larger composition.
